Spellings will be taught and tested each week on a Thursday.
Children will be grouped following an initial assessment, each group will have 10 words to learn each week.
The weekly lists will be available on Seesaw - the children will be given login details at the beginning of the school year. Children will then be able to access their words and practice them using any way which they like.
No paper copies of spelling lists will be sent home and to increase independence scores will be available to the children the following week when they do their next test and these will be discussed at parent meetings.
