Here at Willaston Primary Academy we provide wrap around care for our children at our Willaston Worms Out of Hours clubs.

We provide a safe and friendly environment for your child that provides lots of exciting activities before and after school, including: problem solving, arts and crafts, a range of sports, team building, baking and much more. Our wide range of activities will support children’s natural stages of development and interests. Our highly qualified and experienced staff offer fun, exciting and varied activities, as well ensuring the children are safe, engaged and having FUN! 

Our Breakfast Club runs from 7.30am until 9am and is £5.50 per child. Children enjoy a healthy breakfast with friends and are offered a choice of foods including cereals, toast, pancakes, crumpets, fruit and yoghurts. Breakfast Club is held in the School Hall each day and is supervised by some of our fabulous Teaching Assistants.

Our After School care has two different options. We have our Short Stay club which runs from 3.20pm until 4:30pm. The cost of this club is £5 per child. We also have our full After School Club which runs from 3.20pm until 6.00pm, and includes a light bite meal. This club is £11 per child. 

Both clubs are a great opportunity for children to relax and unwind after a full day at school. Children are free to choose from a range of activities suited to their age range.

After School clubs take place in either the Hall or our After School Room. We also have access to the Early Years area for our younger children, ensuring our Little Acorns, Reception and Year 1 children can continue to explore and learn in a safe and familiar setting. Our After School clubs are ran by the Out of Hours Manager, Mrs Cain, plus the familiar faces of Mrs Hargreaves, Miss Pickston and Miss Holmes.
