Here you will find the Booking Form and Registration Pack for our Summer Holiday Club. Please note that bookings must be booked in advance. We cannot guarantee that spaces will be available if you are booking last minute. 

For children who attend Willaston Primary Academy or Little Acorns: Bookings are made directly via the School Gateway app, so the booking form does not have to be completed. The Registration Pack linked below must be completed at the beginning of the school year, or on attendance at the first Holiday Club of the year. If you wish to pay via Childcare Vouchers, please email to book. 

For children who are joining us from other schools: please complete both the Booking Form and Registration Pack which are linked below, and return the completed forms to the school office or via email at outofschoolclub@willastonacademy.co.uk. Please do not send payment until it has been confirmed that there are spaces available. 

*Registration Packs need to be completed for each academic year for each child, to ensure we have the most up-to-date details. Please still complete it if your child/children has attended before.
